Bristol Victorio, the last foal of the wonderful Lithgow Wisnik, has been a true blessing to us and our Welsh Riding Pony program. Victorio was purchased from Cherry Wilson of the Bristol Pony Farm as a foal in 1991. Cherry was long time breeder of a type of Section B which had become known and cherished by breeders and Welsh enthusiasts throughout the country. The Bristol Section B breeding program produced a pony with size, substance, beauty, and movement which made them so sought after. "Victorio is simply the best", said Cherry. "He has the sweetest face and the most beautiful eyes," she continued. "He really is a GEM of the breed."
Thirteen years later, Victorio is the King here at the farm. A incredibly substantial 13.2hh, with wonderful OLD WELSH TYPE and BONE, Victorio continues to make a huge contribution to the Welsh Breed. His foals have proven themselves in the many disicplines open to the Welsh; including producing Supreme Of The Show Halter Winners, Dressage Mounts, Driving Champions, Hunter Ponies, Champion Producing Mares, Herdsires, and the all around very important Family Pony.

"We bought Evans Dark Pleasure (Bristol Victorio x Lane's Peach Blossom) from the Watt's family in Lebanon, OR about  9 months ago.  We absolutely ADORE her!  My daughter (9yrs old) started her under saddle, and has been very successfully showing her in hunter schooling shows and 4H shows.  She loves to go trailriding and is up for just about anything that my daughter wants her to do.  She literally cannot walk past someone without a nice compliment!  Her temperment is flawless, and her athleticism and beauty are only icing on the cake!  We would love to visit your farm someday.  We'll definitely visit when we're in the market for another pony!"
